Recipe of Vermicelli
- Boil the vermicelli for about 5 mins by adding water and vermicelli and 1/2 tsp oil.
- In a pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves and saute for a min.
- Now add onions, green chilli and saute it till it becomes translucent.
- Now add grated carrot, peas and sweetcorn
- Saute it for 5 mins
- Now add the garam masala, sabji masala, salt,and mix well for few mins.
- Now add the last ingredient which it the boiled vermicelli.
- Mix together for 5 mins
- Serve hot
