Recipe of Tiramisu
- In a flat borosil dish, put a layer of sponge cake.
- Mix water and coffee and soak cake in this mix.
- Mix milk, sugar, 2 tsp coffee, cornflour and keep it on heat, cook till thick.
- Cool it and add vanilla essence, cream cheese.
- Now spread this cutard over the cakeSpread some nuts
- Dip biscuits in water and coffee ,ix and arrange it on custard.
- Now spread the lefted cutard and cover last layer with cream
- Sprinkle caramalised nuts and dust some cocoa powder.
- For caramalising the nuts, add 2dsp sugar and 1dsp cashewnuts(melt sugar in a dry pan and add nuts & pour it on a grease surface. cool it &crush it)
