Recipe of Spicy Mexican rice
- Boil the rice and keep it aside after draining.
- In a pan heat oil, cook onions and dry red chilli. Then add garlic with the left vegetables and puree with salt and black pepper.
- Add rice and cook a little.
- Sprinkle some oregano on the top and serve hot.
