Recipe of Sooji ki idli
- In a bowl, add sooji and curd and salt and water to make a paste but a bit thick.
- Simultaneously, in a stem cooker add water of about 1 cup and boil it.
- Now add eno in the batter and fill the idli stand by first greasing it with oil and then adding the batter.
- Now put it in the steam cooker for approx 10 mins
- Open it and serve hot with sambar.
