Indian Pakoras(vegetable fried dumplings)
Pakoras are fried gramflour fritters where vegetables are dipped into besan to make a batter and the are fried until brown.Finally they are serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
- Chop all the ingredients and mix all the spices
- Make Batter by adjusting water
- Mix all ingredients and fry pakoras
- Soak it the Kadhi or eat it with chutney.
